Planeta Wines, Sicily

Alessio, Francesca and Santi Planeta began winemaking on their family’s estate in Sicily in the mid-1980s and over the next decade assembled a series of wineries around the island, matching the diverse Sicilian soils with both indigenous and international grape varieties. The result is an array of intense wines with a rich and complex modern style that reflect the thoughtful marriage between grape variety and terroir that simply must be tasted to be appreciated.

Come Join us this Saturday and try some of Paneta’s current offerings. Jerrod Wolff of Palm Bay Imports will be on hand to talk about the wines, the wineries and the region.
